Unauthorized Vehicle Parking
May be parked no more than 10 days. (yearly) Vehicles with no tags, no plates, flat tire, derelict, undriveable etc. must be moved within the 10 days.

Lawn Violation
Weeds, dead bushes, dead trees, unkept yard.

Misc. Maintenance
Broken fences and mailboxes must be fixed. Piles of brick and wood building materials may not be stored in driveway. No debris or accumulation of any kind is allowed. Basketball hoops must be filled with water or sand. No sandbags on top of the base will be allowed.

Imposed fines are due within 10 days and must be paid in full.
The Board has the right to double, triple or place a lien on the home for noncompliance.
All Assessments were due by February 15, 2026.
After March 15th you will receive a past due fee of $25.00.
This is a mandatory charge that will be enforced, additional charges will be added monthly until Assessments are paid in full.
At the discretion of the HOA Board your account can be turned over to our Collection Attorney and / or place a lien on your property.
Annual meeting in April 2026.
